We pride ourselves in providing loving one on one care of your beloved fur babies. We want everyone to feel like PetSound Daycare and Boarding is their home away from home. With an attentive and loving animal savvy staff on duty, we address your pet's physical and emotional needs.
All of our boarding services are offered at a per night charge depending on the size of the kennel.
We would love to spend time with your canine or feline companion!
We have doggie daycare available during the weekdays. To attend doggie daycare, your dog must be spayed/neutered if they are over a year of age and must have the necessary vaccines.
We also offer doggie daycare packages!

MEET THE STAFF
NICHOLE
Daycare/Boarding Manager & Groomer
Nichole has been a part of PetSound Animal Hospital and PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family since September 2014.
Prior to PetSound, Nichole is a graduate of Louisburg College and NC State University for her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, which consists of her husband, five dogs, three cats and typically a foster dog/puppy or two. She stepped in as our groomer after shadowing our previous groomer for several years.
TIFFANY
Assistant Daycare Manager
Tiffany has been a part of PetSound Animal Hospital and PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family since October 2015.
Tiffany is originally from Florida but has made North Carolina her home since 2002. Her interests include volunteering for local rescues, coffee, shopping and the beach.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, which consists of her menagerie of dogs, cats, and a pig along with her husband and three children.
MERRIDETH
Support Staff Care Attendant
Merrideth joined PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family in June 2023. Her hobbies include baking and camping. Merrideth's ideal afternoon includes curling up to watch Bluey and cuddling with her 3 Shelties!
SHANNON
Lead Daycare Attendant
Shannon has been a part of PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family since November 2017. She just graduated with her Master of Fine Arts in Visual Effects and Animation through Academy of Art University in San Francisco in December 2021. When she is not working she enjoys reading, gaming, and watching movies, as well as spending time with her family and her dogs named Aila and Hondo.
SKYLER
Daycare Attendant/ Seasonal Staff
Skyler has been a part of PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family since July 2020. She is originally from California and enjoys spending time with her family and her two family dogs. Since graduating college in December 2023, she is currently working at the North Carolina zoo on an internship program. She will be back with us on her breaks around the holidays.
BRIANNA
Daycare Attendant/ Seasonal Staff
Brianna has been a part of our PetSound Daycare & Boarding family since December 2019. She graduated from Wayne Community College in 2018 with her Associates degree. During her free time she enjoys a fuzzy blanket and a good movie with family. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, Nova and Brownie. With her new teaching position close to home she will join us for the summer and holidays.
JAY
Animal Care Attendant
Jay joined PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family in August 2021. They are pursuing a degree in stenography and enjoy the simple things in life. When not at work they enjoy spending time with their horse and cat.
HANNAH
Animal Care Attendant/Seasonal Staff
Hannah joined PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family in January 2022. She is currently studying Animal Science at NC State. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
CASEY
Support Staff/Seasonal Staff
Casey joined the PetSound Daycare & Boarding family in January 2021. She is a recent graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. When she is not working she enjoys reading, drawing watching Netflix, and hanging out with her dog Boo.
PEYTON
Animal Care Attendant
Peyton joined PetSound Daycare & Boarding's family in July 2023. She is currently working on her degree in Animal Science at NC State. She loves sock monkeys, singing, and playing video games with her friends. When not at work she enjoys cuddling up with her 2 cats and 2 bunnies, she has hopes to adopt the stray cat in her backyard as well.
